We are unable to guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to fulfill any requests that we receive. Leave a comment on your order or give us a call if you would like to make any timing requests. Please note that pickup may happen as early as 8am. The latest pickup available is 1:00pm to ensure bikes can be redelivered to incoming guests. If you would like them later, we recommend having them picked up the next day. You do not have to be present at the time of delivery or pickup.
Delivery and pickup, baskets, and locks are included in your order. The only fees you may encounter are single item fees. We do not utilize any surprise fees. We use transparent frontside pricing. Other companies may add booking fees, credit card fees, delivery fees, etc.
